At Rocky Talkie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
